About Us
Who is Utah Home Health & Hospice?

Utah Home Health is one of the region’s leading providers of home health care services. Our group is a recognized leader in providing the highest quality of professionals to deliver family-centered care that helps people remain in the comfort of their own homes.

What is Home Health?

Home Health provides individuals with a broad range of medical services, including Nursing Care, Personal Care, Social Services, and Rehabilitative Care. All of these services are provided by qualified professionals working under the direction of your personal physician. Home Health coordinates a care giving team to administer services that are comprehensive and efficient.

Who is Eligible?

Care is available to anyone of any age. Utah Home Health provides services without regard to race, religion, national origin, disability, age or ability to pay. The main requirement of most insurers is that the insured have a medical need requiring skilled professional attention that can be addressed through visits to the home.

Who pays for Home Health?

Medicare and Medicaid benefits cover 100% of home health services. Utah Home Health bills directly to Medicare, Medicaid and/or private insurance for hospice care. It is a principle of Utah Home Health to offer services based on need, rather than the ability to pay.
